FAQ
Q. Is the fur 100% faux fur?
A. We can absolutely guarantee that our fur is 100% faux. It comes in woven or knitted rolls, made using the same methods as other manmade fabrics. Our faux fur supplier has all of the faux furs laboratory tested for composition and holds certificates showing that all furs are 100% acrylic and polyester.
Q. Are all furs the same?
Pile lengths may vary within hat styles, dependant on colour selection, we use the same size pattern for each style.
Q. Do you make custom orders?
a. We do provide a custom service at an additional charge, please contact customercare@emmabrewin for more information.
Q. Are all hats one size only?
A. Yes all hats are one size only, however if you worry it may not fit email customercare@emmabrewin.com with the measurement of your head when ordering and we will make appropriate changes to the pattern free of charge.
Q. Can I get my product to me quicker than it states on the site?
A. We occasionally have readily made pieces at the studio, if you contact customercare@emmabrewin.com we will let you know if we can help.
